In the present work, we studied the interaction between PLGA-PEG-PLGA with HSA. Here we get that HSA modification by PLGA-PEG-PLGA using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy methods, PLGA-PEG-PLGA is a polymer with molecular weight of ۱۱۰۱۱ kDa. HSA has molar mass of ۶۶.۵ kDa, HSA is a principal extra cellular protein with a high concentration in blood plasma and a carrier of many drugs to deferent molecular targets. The conformation of HSA was discussed by synchronous fluorescence techniques. The synchronous spectra indicated that the structures of Tyr and Trp residues environments were altered the physiological function of HSA were affected by ۰.
