چکیده مقاله:

Recently, Fe۳O۴ magnetic na noparticles is widely used in the field of biolo gy and me dicine due to their adva ntages such as chemica l stability, l ow toxicity and ultra-fine size, etc. Bare magne tite nanoparticles tend to agglomerate due to their large surface area/volume ratio. To preve nt nanoparticle agglomeration a v ariety of po lymeric coatings have been applied to nanoparticles. Pol yacrylic acid (PAA) is well-known for its biocompatibility, and is w idely used in drug delivery system s, especially as a mucoadhesive drug carrier. The high water solubility of PAA limits its u se as a carrier for the sustained re lease of dr ugs. interpolymer complexation of PAA with polyethylen e glycol (P EG) reduce this solubility. interpolymer complexes (IPCs ) between PAA and PEG are formed as a result of hydrogen bonding between the acidic protons of PAA and t he ether oxy gen of PEG . Many drugs have pro blems of po or stability, water insolubility and so on. Good drug carriers play a important r ole in resolving these problems. In this research, we prepared one kind of novel nano-scale carrier for naproxen, usin g Fe۳O۴ na noparticles as core and PAA/PEG IPC as a polymeric shell and napro xen as drug to form napr oxen-loade d magnetic n anoparticles.
