چکیده مقاله:

Dopa mine is one of the most significant catecholam ines, plays a very important role i n the functioning of the central ner vous system, cardiovascular, renal and hormona l systems a s well as in drug addiction and Pa rkinson’s d isease [۱]. The selectivity and se nsitivity seemed important in the d evelopment of any procedure for the determin ation of dopamine. Th e best way is to directly determin e Dopamin e without any separation steps of samples. The electr ochemical m ethods have more advantages over the other because of the advantage of the electr ode in sensi ng the neurotransmitters in living organisms. Electrochemical analysis o n the unmo dified electrodes, has limitations b ecause of the overlapping of oxidation potentials of ascorb ic acid and dopamine and hence often suffers from a pronounced fo uling effect those results in rather a poor selec tivity and r eproducibility [۲].The use of zeolites as supp orted electr odes represents a good feature for preparation of modified electrode f or fast, easy and cheap for electroc atalytic oxidation of do pamine. Th e zeolite with particle sizes of less than ۱۰۰nm are referr ed to nano-s ized zeolite . Zeolites nano particle s are more efficient catalyst and a dsorbent materials because of their higher surface areas co mparing to the conventional micron size zeolites. By redu cing of particle size, dif fusion path lengths will be decreased and active site will be accessible readily [۳-۴]. Our research intends to in troduce a novel synthesized zeolite carbon paste electrode based on Ni ions for electrocatalytic oxidation and determination of dopamine usnig electrochemical methods
