Fabrication an d characterization of a Nano- structured organic light emi tting diodeusing synth esis dye

In recent years, research on organic light emitting dio de has been significant ly increased. This is because of their possible application in large scale lighting, f lexible panel and multicolor displays with low power cons umption and low cost [۱]. One wa y to obtain devices with high performance is do ping polymer with dyes. The dye that doped in polymer often chang es the color of radiation and increases the effi ciency of d evice luminescence [۲].In this pap er we synthe sis a new dye to use in a single la yer diode, with mixture of PVK, PB D and dye as an emitting layer. Then the electrical characteristics of the fabricated device are investigated.
