Morphological investigation of NBR/ PVC blen ds reinforced with function alized sing le- walled carbon n anotube

Acryl onitrile butadiene-rubber/Poly (vin yl chloride) blends are physical mixtures with wide commercial importance [۱]. NBR can act as a perm anent plastic izer for PVC in applic ations such as electrical wire, cable coating, wrapping fil m for the fo od industry, conveyor belts, domes tic applications and etc. Since carbon nanotu bes (CNTs) were firstly discover ed by Iijima in ۱۹۹۱ [۲], the use of CNTs as con ductive fill ers in polymers has attracted signifi cantly acade mic and industrial interests. Up to now, CNTs have been used in dive rsified polymers, including thermop lastic polym ers, thermosetting polymers and el astomers.
