Fa brication and Synthesizes of LSCO Na no composite via sol-gel method

Nanop article of La۰.۵Sr۰.۵ CoO۳ (LSC O), a co mplex pero vskite-type oxide has been synthe sized by using sol-gel method. In this study, th e effects of LSCO on b oth Nano electro mecha nical andNanostructural properties have been investigate d [۱]. We h ave perfor med a series of experim ents to synth esis LSCO nanoparticl es by using sol-gel meth od and stud y the sample structures via X-Pow der and AFM techniques. These systems can show different behaviors at different temperatures and the rate of precursors [۲].Exper imental Procedures an d Details:To synthesis of LSCO mat erials, (La۰. ۵Sr۰.۵) CoO۳, (La (No۳)۳۶H۲O), (Co (No۳)۲۶ H۲O), (Sr(N o۳)۲) have b een used. Th ese precursors were dissolved in distilled wate r at ۹۰۰C with the La/Sr/Co ratio of ۱/۱/۲, follow ed by the addition of ۰-۵ wt. % polyvinyl alcohol. The resulting soluti on (after ۴۸-۶۰ h stirring ) was reflux ed for ۲۴ h at ۱۰۰-۱۰۵۰ C. During re flux, the solution concentration was modified to be ۰.۳- ۰.۵ M by distillation. Shortly after that, prepared colloi dal solution was dried i n ۸۵۰C in o ven over ۶ d ays. The procedures have been ann ealed at ۵۰۰,۷۰۰, and ۹۰ ۰۰C temperatures.
