چکیده مقاله:

Use of dyes by many industries, such as textile, paper and plastics to color their product s is a common activity. Since these industrie s also use substantial amount of water in their proces ses, this results in highly colored effluent of these industries which is generally co lored due to the presen ce of these organic che micals. Color in water is not only t he first dete ctable conta minant in w ater; it also blocks su nlight whic h is essential for many photo-initiated chemical reactio ns which are necessary for aqua tic life. Due to unique properties of nanoparticles in term of high ordered st ructure, hig h mechanica l and therm al strength, high electrical conductivity, high t hermal conductivity, metallic or sem i-metallic b ehavior and high surface area recently focused on the application of this type of material especially metal-based nanoparticle. The size, sur face structu re and interparticle interaction of nanomaterials determ ine their unique prop erties and the improv ed perform ances make their potential application in many areas. Th e objective of the pres ent work is synthesis, characterization of copper sulfide na no particle l oaded on activated carbon (CUS-N P-AC) as new adsorbents and its efficient applications for r emoval of re active oran ge ۱۲(RO-۱۲) following the optimi zation of variables the kinetic, therm odynamic and isotherm studied of adsorption process has been investigated, and r espective v alues were calculated [۱-۳].
