Template Extraction from Mesoporou s MCM-۴ ۱ Nano-Structredin Different Solvent in present of Ultraso und Wave

Meso porous silica nano-structured mat erials of MCM-۴۱ type are synth esized fro m the surfactant micellar template addition of an inorganic s ilica source. Quaternary alkylammo nium bromides are mo st commonly used as a template . These mesoporoussilicas have many application in adsorption‚ catalysis, separation, and o thers because of its regular pore system, tunable pore size, high surface area, an d pore volu me. The micellar core is after synthesis removed and poro us honeycomb like structure is cre ated. Various method h ave been us ed for templ ate removal. in most c ases the as-synthesized samples ar e heat-treate d in presence of oxygen or air ab ove ۷۷۳K. Main proble m in this p rocedure is probable structure da mage‚ shirin kage and de hydroxylation. Also bu rning and wasting of the template which could be collected is a problem.In this work we have attempted to use ultrasound waves for rem oval of the organic tem plate from the pores of mesoporous MCM-۴۱ i n different s olvent.
