Spectroscopic Studies of Silver (A g) Nanocrystalls Using Biolo gical Process

In recent years, several reports in the literature have discussed the cell-associated biosynthesis of Ag -NPs using several microorganisms, such as bac teria and fungi. However, the inter action between inorganic nanoparticles and biol ogical structures are one of the most exciting ar eas of research [۱]. How ever, to th e best of our knowledge, there is no publishe d reported on the biosyn thesis of Ag-NPs using P. aeuroginosa. Our attention bec ame focused on develop ing a relatively simple, safe and eco-friendly procedure to achieving o f Ag-NPs. Among the noble metal, silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) have potential application; for example, it is widely used as catalyst in chemical reaction, solar en ergy absorp tion, as bio-labeling etc. [۲]. Biol ogical preparation of Ag-NPs synthesized by the procedure reported in our previously work [۳].
