Preparation of ZnO nanostructure thin f ilm on the glass and study of its ability for adsorption of Cu۲+ f rom aque ous solutio n

Microwave-assist ed chemical bath deposition ( MACBD ) is an emerging te chnique for quick preparation of nan oscale and nanostructu re particles. In this stud y a simple and rapid process for synthesis of ZnO nanostructure thin film on the gl ass was presented. The effect of p H and time of irradiation on morphology and co mposition of deposited films, were investigated too.Exper imental de tails: ZnO thin films o n the glas s were prep ared from precursor solution (PS) of (CH۳C OO)۲ Zn.۲H ۲O and NH۴OH with certain conce ntration. pH adjustment has been done with certain concentration of NaOH and CH۳COOH solution. The substrate was put in the prepared soluti on and irradiated with microwave for a certain time.
