Conjugated polym ers have attracted enormous atten tion in both science a nd technology as semiconductors and electro active materials for su ch applications as batteries, mol ecular electr onic devices and light emitting d iodes (LE D), etc. [۱, ۲]. Electroluminescence has emerged as a pr omising ap plication of liquid cr ystal display (LCD) devices invo lving semiconducting polymers [۳-۵]. Inorganic nanoparti cles of different sizes and shapes can be combined with conducting polymers to form com posite materials. The incorporati on of inorganic nanoparticles in con ducting polymers can provide an en hanced performance fo r both the "h ost" and th e "guest" that can lea d to interesting physic al properti es and important potential applications such as electrodes of batteries, display devi ces, immuno diagnostic assay, etc.[۶] .
