چکیده مقاله:

Amon g inorganic nanoparticles, ZnO nanoparticles have received great atte ntion becau se of their unique catalytic, electrical, electronic and optical properties as well as their low cost and extensive applications i n diverse ar eas. The di rect wide b and gap (۳.۳ eV at ۳۰ ۰ K) makes ZnO one of the most prom ising cand idates for application in ultraviolet optoel ectronics devices, and also has been applied in the fields of gas sensors, varistors, piezo electric devi ces, and photodiodes [۱]. Normally, ZnO is p repared by techniques, such as che mical vapor deposition (CVD), metal-organic chemical v apor deposition (MOC VD), molecular beam e pitaxy (MB E) [۲], spra y pyrolysis [۳], pulsed laser depos ition (PLD ), and hydrothermal synthesis [۴]. T hese ZnO processes ar e complica ted; they not only have huge energ y consumpti on, but also bring serious environ mental pollutions.In this study, we have developed a sim ple and gre en method for synthe sis of nano-sized ZnO particles usi ng emulsion route, we report the synthesis of ZnO particles using some alter- Native materials, which were differ ent from those used in literatures. The products are chara cterized wit h SEM and XRD.
