چکیده مقاله:

Cystea mine is an aminothiol compound used as a drug for the treatment of cystinosis [۱]. The deficie ncy of a c ystine carrier in the lysosomal membrane l eads to cystine accu mulation within the lysosom es, ultimately crystalli zing in vita l organs such as the liver, kidney, spleen, intestines, and cornea [۲]. With this goal in mind, a rapid but specific and sufficiently sensitive analytical method was required for total c ysteamine determinatio n in biological and pharmaceutical sa mples. Num erous meth ods have been reported for the de terminatio n of CA.However, Long response ti me, expens ive instru ments, com plicated procedure, and low detectio n capability are the shortcomings associated with most such methods reported. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are presently in the f orefront of materials research. T hey are recognized as a ne w class of materials that have h ad a profound impact on a wide range of applications. One of the areas in which c arbon nano tubes have confirmed their adva ntages is electroc hemistry, for applications such as energy storage device s and sens ors.
