There e xists growi ng interest in metal o xide clusters, or polyoxometallate s (POM) r eÀecting their diverse prop erties, which endow th em with a pplications in the ¿elds such as catalysis, medici ne, analytical chemistry and photochemistry. Contempo rarily, PO Ms are fou nd to be extrem ely versatile inorganic building blocks for constructions of organic–inorganic hybrid materials with new structures and unusua l properties [۱].Anion coordination chemistr y and molecular reco gnition of a nionic substrates are of great interest for analytical and inorganic ch emist [۲]. I nterest in the coordin ation chem istry of anionic substrates continues to attract the atte ntion of t he supramolecular c hemistry community. In this work we interest to stu dy the interaction bet ween dawso n as a polyoxometallate anion and so me amino acids including alanin e, aspargin e. glycine and gluta mine in binary and ternary systems potentiometrically.
