Investigation NMR and N BO properties of B ۱۲N۱۲ nanotube

Boron nitride (BN) is one of the mos t interesting III–V compounds due to its unique prope rties, such as low density, high ther mal conductivity, excellent mechanical strength wear resista nce, stability at high temperatures, and possibi lity of easy doping with silicon (n -type)and beryllium (p -type).Thus, the material appears as a good a lternative for carbon-r elated materials in several applications[۱-۳].BN is a structural equiva lent of carbon .It is m ostly found in the same phases and produces si milar nanostructures. Th is is probably because the B-N bonding tends to be dipolar and averag e the number of electron per atom to ۲ in the ۲P layer as for carbon.(carbon is ۲P۲ , nitrogen is ۲P۳ ,boron is ۲P۱). Ar mchair nano tubes are fo rmed when n = m and the chiral angle is ۳۰° . All other nano tubes, with chiral angles interm ediate between ۰° and ۳۰ °, are known as chiral n anotubes[۴].
