Ev aluation of Chemical and physical properties of copper ions in bor on nitride nanotube

A variety of subjects of BNNTs have b een investigated by theoretical methods, including hydrogen storage ,magnetism [۱], phonon characteristics [۲], stability [۳],molecular dynamics, field-e lectron emission [۴], scanning tun neling microscopy simulation , el ectron transport , symmetry breakin g [۵], wor k function , spin-splitting and thermodynamics of yield. Since there are no synthesis techniques to control chiral an gles and diameters of CNTS, BNN Ts are consid ered to be better suited for some ele ctronics ap plications in which the uniform electronic prope rty is desira ble . The electronic structures of boron nitride (BN) na notubes under a transverse and perpendicular electric field were inv estigated with theory (D FT) calcul ations [۶].
