QSAR study of p۳۸ MAP kinase in hibitors a ctivity of some pyridopyridazin-۶ -one derivatives using SR-A NN and GA-ANN

P۳۸ M AP kinases are a class of p۳۸ mito gen- activated protein kinases that are responsive to stress stimuli, suc h as cytokines, ultraviolet irradiation, heat shock, osmotic shock, and are involv ed in cell d ifferentiation and apoptosis. The aim of the present article is to propose a model for prediction of pIC ۵۰ of p۳۸ MAP kinase inhibitors based on th e large space of theoretically calcu lated molecular descriptors. Also, in this work we used stepwise regression (SR) a nd genetic a lgorithm (G A) as varia ble selection methods.
