Facial Synthesis of the Novel Oxazocine as Promising Antitumor Agents or Corrosion Inhibitors

An efficient two-steps strategy for the synthesis of the benzo[f]pyrimido[۴,۵-b] [۱,۵]oxazocine as a novel tricyclic system has been developed via inter- and intramolecular heterocyclization of ۲,۴-dichloro-۵- (chloromethyl)-۶- methylpyrimidine and ۲-aminobenzylalcohol in room temperature and short reaction times under mild conditions,followed amination with some secondary amines.
