Dynamic Analysis of Composite Drillstring with FEM

In this research the finite element method (FEM) is applied to analyze the composite drillstring vibration. The capability of the developed computational scheme for dynamic response calculations has been investigated in comparison with the steel drillstring. Comparisons are made wherever possible with other recorded results available in the literature
