چکیده مقاله:

In this research, a novel method is reported for the surface grafting of N-Vinylcaprolactam as a thermosensitive agent and ۱-allylimidazole with an affinity toward Acalabrutinib onto modified magnetite nano-particles by ۳-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane. The grafted nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The surface morphology was studied using Scanning Electron Microscopy. The resulting grafted nanoparticles were used for the determination of trace Acalabrutinib in biological human fluids. The profile of Acalabrutinib uptake by the modified magnetic nanoparticles indicated good accessibility of the active sites in the grafted copolymer. It was found that the adsorption behavior could be fitted by the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Solid-phase extraction for biological fluids such as urine and serum were investigated.
