Makes it possible to learn at any time and place and according to the needs of the learner. Considering the general benefits of e-learning in the direction of social and personal health education and health promotion And the need to pay attention to it, in this research, the purpose of the effect of health education and health promotion and finding the points and weaknesses of web-based education has been done.Materials Reaserch; In this study, a description was made for young people. In parallel with the virtual classes that were launched ،At the end of the course, the impact of web-based education on youth learning was examined The disadvantages, advantages, level of interest, motivation, and the ability and adequacy of e-learning from the perspective of young people were also assessed.Results; The results of the study showed that web-based education was effective on the awareness and attitude of young people in the field of health. It is suggested that a similar study be conducted on youth in other centers, including barracks, universities, and prisons, and that the effect of web-based education on youth health performance be measured.
