چکیده مقاله:

Background: Since early December ۲۰۱۹ a cluster of new cases presents with pneumonia- like manifestation in Wuhan, China caused by a novel corona virus, named "severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus ۲ (SARS-CoV-۲)". This pathogen spread easily and rapidly over countries and caused COVID-۱۹ disease with several organ damage. Here we analyze the hematological data of COVID-۱۹ patients. Method: ۷۷۴ hospitalized were confirmed by PCR or CT scan and clinical laboratory data. Routine blood test and serum biochemistry detection were performed at the first and middle of admission. Result: of the ۷۷۴ patients the median age was ۵۹.۰ years old and ۶۴.۴۹% were male. Leukocytosis and neutrophilia were observed in ICU group more than non- ICU groups. Lymphocyte count decreased in ICU patients in first test and became deeper in second. Neutrophil/Lymphocyte ratio (NLR) showed more elevation in ICU group and became more during hospitalization (pvalue=۰.۰۰۰). LDH showed a higher level than normal in both groups (pvalue=۰.۰۰۰). CRP was elevated more in the ICU group (pvalue=۰.۰۰۰). Conclusion: We observed leukocytosis, lymphopenia and elevation NLR, LDH and CRP in covid ۱۹ patients, which could be predictive factor, and when they become deeper during hospitalization show the patients to need ICU admission.
