چکیده مقاله:
Microprocessor engineering is the science of performing chemical or physical processes (single operations) in small volumes, usually inside channels less than ۱ mm in diameter or other structures with dimensions less than a millimeter. These processes are usually performed in a continuous flow mode, unlike the batch production process, they create a capability that is high enough to turn microprocessor engineering into a tool for chemical production. The unique advantages of microstructural reactors or micro-reactors are the increase in heat transfer due to the high surface-to-volume ratio and the increase in mass transfer. For example, the length index of diffusion processes is comparable to microchannels of the same length or even shorter, which make it possible to mix reactants in a very short time (typically milliseconds) and with high efficiency, also known as microwave technology. In this research, the process is designed with a specific geometry and the results show the proper performance of the adsorption process in the microchannel.
