GEOPHYSICAL PREDICTION OF SEISMIC HAZARD AT TECHNOGENOUS EFFECT ON RI LITE ZONE

On the grounds of direct geophysical measurements the authors propose a methodical ap-proach to the prediction of the maximum seismic effects at disturbance of a natural state of frozen grounds This approach is realized for the site of Bilibinskaya atomic station in its sec-ond term of construction which allowed to state some regular variations of velocities of seis-mic waves and parameters of ground motions assuming a predicted strong earthquake at the permafrost degradation. The investigations imply a probably geophysical control over dy-namic state of the territories under exploration in a cryolite zone
