a new approach for merging ontologies

concept -level integration requires inference about domain ontology to make a decision about integration between a pair of classes ontologies can develop independently. We have presented a new approach which merges these ontologies this approach will also be compared with other solutions that already exist in the research community also we present a tool which to allow all computer users to develop their own ontology and concepts and have a system that will develop a global ontology unlike all the approach and tools we assume that the user of the system is not an ontology expert and that he wants to merge this ontology with the one developed by another user.
