چکیده مقاله:

To simulate and predict the nonlinear soil-structure interaction of high-rise buildings with deep underground under severe earthquakes, an analytical method based on two-dimensional finite element technique including both nonlinear constitutive behavior of soil medium and relative movements at the soil-struc-ture Interface has been developed. Soil properties of the site are represented by a kinematic cap model. Thin-layer Interface elements are used to account for debonding-rebonding and slippage at the soil-structure interface. Numeri-cal implementation is presented to Incorporate these nonlinear factors into a soil-structure interaction model. Numerical examples show some aspects of the nonlinear seismic behavior of a high-rise building with deep underground
