چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, polylactic acid / hydroxyapatite nanocomposite has been considered by researchers due to its application in tissue engineering and artificial grafting for bone regeneration and properties similar to real bone. Therefore, understanding the properties of this nanocomposite is of special importance. Polylactic acid is widely used in tissues due to its excellent biocompatibility and acceptable properties, but due to its degradability, hydroxyapatite nanoparticles can be used to neutralize and delay the degradation process of polylactic acid. Hydroxyapatite causes greater thermal stability, modulus and hardness of polylactic acid but reduces enthalpy of melting and tensile strength. In this study, a brief introduction of polylactic acid polymer and hydroxyapatite nanoparticles was given and then, by studying and reviewing several articles, thermal, morphological and mechanical properties of polylactic acid / hydroxyapatite nanocomposite (based on ۳D printing method) were investigated.
