چکیده مقاله:

Objective : At the end of ۲۰۱۹, a new form of pneumonia disease known as the corona virus disease ۲۰۱۹ (COVID-۱۹) rapidly spread throughout most provinces of China. The novel coronavirus disease ۲۰۱۹ (COVID-۱۹) has become a pandemic affecting health and wellbeing globally. In addition to the physical health, economic, and social implications, the psychological impacts of this pandemic are increasingly being reported in the scientific literature Methods : A literature search was conducted through pubmed and google scholar and using the keywords mental health,covid-۱۹,depression, anxiety . Articles were selected in English for the period ۲۰۱۹ to ۲۰۲۱, and finally ۱۰ studies were analyzed Results: Coronavirus disease ۲۰۱۹ (COVID-۱۹) has had a devastating effect on all aspects of society, including the economy, healthcare, and educational institutions. One underrecognized effect of the pandemic is the decline of mental health in our communities. Studies have shown that pandemic-related stress is associated with increased depression and anxiety. Mean scores for depression, stress and anxiety significantly exceeded population norms (all p<۰.۰۰۰۱)Conclusions: This is important for planning current mental health provisions and for long-term impact beyond this pandemic. Public health and mental health interventions able to ameliorate perceptions of risk of COVID-۱۹, worry about COVID-۱۹ loneliness and boost positive mood may be effective. Psychological interventions can improve the mental health of vulnerable groups during the COVID-۱۹ epidemic. The following examples include some practical coping strategies applicable for daily life: (۱) Stop reading, watching, and listening to news, including social media, about the pandemic because repeated exposure can cause stress and anxiety. (۲) Understand that it is normal to feel stress and fear in unpredictable situations (۳) Take deep breaths, stretch the body, and perform yoga or meditation. (۴) Take care of and encourage oneself
