Evaluating the efficient productivity factors in industrial ball mill

Due to increasing amount of production and developing different types of industry, controlling the particle size which paly an important role for product quality enhancement has become vital. In this paper, we evaluated the effective factors on productivity of industrial ball mill. Various factors are paramount for high productivity of ball mill including mill size, ball size, rotational speed, ball make-up, grinding time, particle size, etc. Because of massive influence of ball make-up and rotational speed on productivity, in this paper we evaluated them separately in detail. Mathematical equations for ball size distribution and rotational speed is applicable in different industries.
