چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of the current study is to examine the role of emotional intelligence on achievement motivation of employees. Being done thorough a descriptive and Cross-Sectional method, this study is considered as a descriptive, qualitative, and applied survey. The statistic population of the study includes all ۵۴۷ Bank Melli employees of Hamedan province among which a ۳۸۴-employees sample was selected randomly. It is used from two questionnaires of emotional intelligence, by Wong and Law (۲۰۰۲), and Achievement motivation, by Badawy et al. (۲۰۱۰), as tools of collecting data. Before applying mentioned tools, their stability and reliability were evaluated and finally their reliability and credibility were approved. For analyzing data, it is used from Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research hypothesis were tested after evaluating measurement models and ensuring their accuracy. Research findings shows that emotional intelligence, and its three subscales including self-emotional appraisal, other's emotional appraisal, and Regulation of emotion, have a significant effect on achievement motivation of employees.
