چکیده مقاله:

The present study aimed to investigate the variables affecting organizational commitment. This research was survey, quantitative and applied study conducted with the cross-sectional descriptive study. A total of ۵۴۷ of the population were all employees of the National Bank branches in Hamadan province who were chosen stratified random sampling from among them a sample of ۳۸۴ subjects. Data collecting tool of this study was the standard questionnaire whose validity and reliability of its variables evaluated and finally confirmed. The collecting Data analyzed using SmartPLS and its results indicated that social capital and job satisfaction have a significant impact on organizational commitment. Also findings demonstrated that there was no significant direct effect of the mental health and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The results showed that the mental health and emotional intelligence have indirectly the significant impact on organizational commitment. Furthermore, there were the significant direct effects including the effect of Social capital on job satisfaction, mental health on emotional intelligence, mental health on social capital, mental health on job satisfaction and emotional intelligence on social capital and also job satisfaction
