چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, we investigate the performance of a gas unit, FRAME ۵, at the Zahedan gas power plant. Unit G۱۹ of the power plant was not able to generate more than ۱۶MW following the last overhaul in ۲۰۲۰ due to the constraint of wheel space temperature and exhaust temperature. Thus, it was shut down for overhaul in ۲۰۲۰ after ۱۵۱۰۰ hours of operation. The size of all clearances was set in accordance with the manufacturer's standard and finally, unit efficiency increased from ۲۳.۰۱% before to overhaul to ۲۳.۹۹ % after the overhaul. According to the operation instruction, the unit has a temperature limit for wheel space of approximately ۴۲۶℃. Therefore, wheel space temperature was ۴۳۰℃ before overhaul with a load of ۱۵.۶۸MW and was ۴۳۰℃ after the overhaul with a load of ۱۶.۷۷MW indicating an increase in active load with a similar temperature. Exhaust temperature limit of the unit is ۵۰۰ degrees Celsius. Therefore, there was no change in the exhaust temperature of the unit after the overhaul. Therefore, by performing the performance test on this unit, it was determined that after this overhaul, the efficiency and output power have increased. But these values are far from the installation condition.
