چکیده مقاله:

Mobile learning as a new stage in the development of distance learning system and as one of the e-learning methods can enable learners to bring and learn educational materials without the need for physical presence in the classroom. Mobile learning makes the learning process more flexible and thus promotes lifelong learning. The training of students in universities should be based on the latest scientific achievements so that employees have acceptable information at the beginning of employment and start working in the executive Organizations, and constantly update their information during service. This is important if learning is to move from traditional to electronic and mobile. The new forces that have been recruited in recent years are no strangers to mobile learning. Therefor , it is the duty of universities to accompany their students by providing appropriate infrastructure. The method of the present research is of library type and through the study of printed and digital documents and especially the study of articles published in prestigious international journals and databases. In this study, we will examine the role of mobile learning in universities in training human resources in the executive Organizations.
