چکیده مقاله:
Recently, human resources have gained a pivotal position in organizations, and it is considered a strategic factor for managing organizations. The current research is conducted to codify desirable strategies of human resources in power plant in Urmia city. The research data are collected through questionnaire, interviewing experts, and reviewing the existing reports. In order to codify human resources strategies, SWOT analysis and theory of games were used. Also, from the primary stages to presenting strategies, Delphi test has been utilized. According to the research results, the studied organization has an appropriate situation in terms of internal and external factors since the final score of internal and external factors is above ۲.۵. In output and human resource maintenance processes, this organization doesn’t have appropriate situation in terms of internal and external factors and stands below the average limit since the final score of internal and external factors is less than ۲.۵. Thus, it is better that the organization emphasizes offensive strategies in input human resources and defensive strategies in output and maintenance processes. In the rest of the research, through studying, analyzing, and applying principles of theory of games, it has been tried to present a new hypothesis on applying theory of games in codifying organizations’ strategies so that the effects of environmental changes on codified organizations’ strategies are decreased. In other words, this hypothesis helps organizations to consider human resources as one of the important factors based on which their economical policies are codified, and design more useful strategies in their strategic planning against changes and existing uncertainties. Since this change is mentioned a strategy by the power plant, it will have direct effect on another factor i.e. its human resources and its achievements. The created game between Electric Company and human resources is defined, and then, by analyzing the games theory, balanced and strategic points are determined.
