چکیده مقاله:

With the progress of modern sciences and the environment becoming more competitive in the technology era, knowledge management is being counted as one of the most important stable competitive advantages of technology oriented organizations. This matter is of higher importance in high technology organizations, especially those active in the field of information technology due to their unique identity. This way, knowledge management has been already shifted to one of the most important priorities of such organizations that in case of not identifying, applying, recording and creating that knowledge, the organization has to inevitably pay fortunes to revive the knowledge gone. The purpose of this research is presenting a comprehensive knowledge management implementation model in information technology companies Knowledge management is important for both large and small and medium knowledge-intensive enterprises; however, there is still a little focus on this topic in knowledge-intensive small and medium enterprises (SMEs) .In fact ,We analyzed the Research data through a standard questionnaire using the desired conceptual model, which is the APO model, among ۳۰۰ person of them were selected by simple random Sampling. Company managers and employees. This statistical sample was obtained from several technology companies in Tehran.So, we present a framework that classifies different knowledge management approaches in SMEs and makes propositions . This framework provides a systematic way of characterizing the varied set of KM approaches adopted by SMEs. Prior studies tend to examine only one or two has been dimensions of knowledge management approaches.Also, Content and structure validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine its reliability which was ۰.۷۹. Structural equation approach and AMOS and SPSS software were used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. This study, while identifying the most important key factors influencing the success of knowledge management in SME technology companies, clarified that the effective establishment of knowledge management has a positive effect on customer, profitability and competitive advantage. Implementation of knowledge management and information sharing, training and preparation of human resources, and interaction with customers play an important role in the successful establishment of knowledge management in large and medium technology companies .
