چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: Ovarian cancer is an aggressor kind of disease that threatens the lives of many women worldwide. the most prevalent type of ovarian carcinoma is EOC. One of the candid methods of screening or diagnosis of cancers is studying the expression of oncogenes or some of the noncoding RNAs. In the last decade, the noncoding RNAs and their enormous roles in cell regulation, differentiation, and apoptosis have surprised many scientists. Methods: In this study, we tried to find the effect of two noncoding RNAs: The Mir-۳۷۵ micro RNA, and OIP۵-AS۱ Long noncoding RNA on Metadherin (AEG۱) oncogene in different stages of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) in kermanian women who aged more than ۴۰ years old. Between ۳۳ samples of cancerous witch wherein different stages of ovarian carcinoma (۱۰ early,۱۲ late stages and ۱۱ metastasis) and ۱۲ normal ovarian tissues. Results: Real-time PCR analysis of the samples showed an increase in the level of expression of MTDH and OIP۵-AS۱ Lnc RNA in metastasis then late and then early stages of ovarian cancer. And the rate of expression in Mir-۳۷۵ showed a decrease especially in metastasis and late stages of ovarian carcinoma and increased in early stages in comparisons with normal ovarian tissues. Conclusion: So it can be noticeable whether these three genes can be in relation to cell cycle, proliferation or apoptosis regulation in ovarian carcinomas.
