چکیده مقاله:
Chromenes are widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry due to their potential biological properties and pharmacological importance such as psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid and in cancer therapy. Among various types of chromene, 2-amino-4H-chromene heterocycles are of particular utility as they belong to privileged medicinal scaffolds serving for generation of small-molecule ligands with highly pronounced anti-coagulant, spasmolitic diuretic, and anti-anaphylactic activities1-3. Herein, further research on the synthesis of modified nano-zeolites4, initial, N-(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)-Arginine supported zeolite-NaY (Arg@zeolite-Y) based nanoporous materials were synthesized and their structures were confirmed using different characterization techniques such as FT-IR, FE-SEM, EDX, N2 adsorption–desorption (BET), and TGA analyses. We also report the synthesis of 2-amino-4H-chromenes from aldehyde, malononitrile, and resorcinol in one-pot reaction at the percent of Arg@zeolite as high effective nonocatalyst, (Fig 1). The benefits of this work are mild reaction conditions, good yields, easy isolation of products, and simple operational procedures.
