چکیده مقاله:
In today's competitive world, employees are important tools for evolution and survival in organizations and achieving organizations' goals. In the meanwhile, what gives life to evolution in organizations and also ensures their survival is a sense of employee pride in the organization. The studies show that organizational pride has a significant role in the success or failure of the organization. It is a vital factor in the organization and one feels proud because of his/her proximity to the organization. What matters most is the need to distinguish between right organizational pride and arrogant organizational pride. Organizational pride is a hidden organizational asset, If its positive dimension is stabilized and strengthened, like physical machinery and the latest technology, it will be valuable to the organization, and if the negative dimension prevails, this hidden asset will be a factor in harming the organization.In this study, we tried to define organizational pride and its positive and negative dimensions and describe organizational pride types. After explaining the positive and negative organizational pride factors, all the researches in this field and its relationships with other organizational concepts were examined. All of these helps to understand the relationship between these concepts and analyze the position of positive and negative organizational pride in these studies. Considering the deep relationship between organizational pride and these areas, it can be concluded that positive organizational pride is an important factor in achieving success and sustainable competitive advantage, Therefore, in the final section, a summary of researches about organizational pride and some ways to develop positive organizational pride and reduce organizational arrogance in organizations are presented.
