چکیده مقاله:

Cities are inherently complex and wide-ranging challenges that can only be addressed through a systematic approach. In other words, the huge crowds of residents have led to chaos and disorder, creating conditions that have not only upset the balance of cities; Rather, it has made it impossible to achieve sustainability with current methods of governance and urban development. As a result, urban planners around the world are striving to take a holistic view of all aspects of urbanization; Develop models for the development of 21st century cities to meet the new demands and expectations of today's world. The concept of smart city refers to the systemic structure of the identity of cities that are brought to life by telecommunications technology. In these biological complexes, real and real communication and activities are mainly allowed. From afar; Remote shopping; Electronic banking, education and treatment from a practical example are examples of activities that while providing more freedom for people and urban spaces, as well as improving the quality of life of people, transform the existing systems of the city and public areas. What makes a city smart is not just the use of the city's electronics and communications system; Rather, it is how to plan and use this tool to improve the quality of life of the citizens of a city. The goal of the smart city is to increase the quality of urban life with a sustainable development approach. The idea of creating smart cities, which is a new topic in urban planning, has been proposed in the last two decades and its components have not been fully defined and identified. The aim and innovation of the present study is the theoretical design of the smart city and the identification of its infrastructure components. One of the new concepts to address the current challenges of cities in the field of urban planning is the development of smart cities, which has attracted much attention in recent years. The smart city has been introduced as the axis of millennium development and means the opening of new concepts in urban planning that combine the capabilities of the real and virtual world to solve urban problems. (Writer)The smart city is a framework created primarily from information and communication technology (ICT) to develop, expand, and promote sustainable development practices, with the goal of addressing the growing challenges of urbanization. A large part of this framework is essentially an intelligent network of connected objects and machines that transmit information using wireless technology and cloud computing. Cloud computing IoT applications receive, analyze, and manage information instantly to help municipalities, companies, and citizens make better decisions to improve their quality of life. People use a variety of ways to connect with the ecosystems of a smart city, such as smartphones, portable smart devices, cars, and smart homes. Integrating objects and data with physical infrastructure and municipal services can reduce costs and improve sustainability. Communities can improve energy distribution methods, make garbage collection easier, and reduce traffic and even improve air quality with the help of the IoT.
