چکیده مقاله:

Nurses, because on the one hand they make up a large number of staff in health care organizations and on the other hand more than other health care teams are present in the patient's bedside; They generate, collect and store large amounts of data. The nursing information system, a subset of the hospital information system, plays an essential role in this process. In this study, the nurses' perspective as the most important user of this system, has been investigated. Methods: This review study was conducted in 1399. They used the keywords nurse, nursing information system, hospital information system, information system, and Iran. The Medline, Embase, Cochrane, CINAHL, Scopus, andWeb of Science databases were searched without a time limit in September 2020. In this study, articles published in reputable journals were reviewed, and articles presented in conferences and dissertations were deleted. The retrieved articles were reviewed, and the data were entered into a researcher-made table. Results: In this study, out of 841 studies, 9 English studies related to Iranian nurses were included. All nursing information systems were designed and manufactured in Iran. 69.41% of nurses believed that the nursing information system has a good speed, while only half (52.27%) acknowledged that these systems are consistent with the nursing work processes. 67.45% rated the design of nursing information systems as good, 66.23% rated it as easy to use. 53.40% of nurses considered the nursing information system customizable, and 58.46% considered it flexible. 61.44% of nurses at the beginning of using this system considered its training easy and had no problem in learning and using it.Conclusion: If the nursing information system's use and learning are comfortable from the perspective of nurses, its acceptance by nurses will increase, and this can lead to the success of the information system. Pre-implementation training in information systems can change nurses' attitudes about information systems. In addition to the above, information technology infrastructures such as hardware quality and internal network bandwidth can also improve nurses' attitudes toward information systems.
