Diabetes is one of the most common and costly diseases globally, the most common complication of which is diabetic foot ulcer. The best way to control this complication is to follow a proper diet and adhere to a medication regimen. After the intervention, a significant difference was observed in the three groups (P = 0.03). The rate ofadherence to the drug regimen was higher in the Telegram and Telegram groups. Conclusion: According to the findings, SMS and telegram service can be used as a new and useful method in shaping nutritional behaviors and medication.
