A Non-Isolated Quadratic Buck-Boost Converter Based on the Buck- Boost and Boost Converters with High Value of the Maximum Voltage Gain

In this study, a non-isolated high gain DC-DC converter has been proposed. The voltage ratio is the square form of the buck-boost voltage ratio. Therefore, it is capable to operates as a step-up and down converter. A wide range of the voltage ratio can be spanned by the proposed converter. The operational details besides non-ideal voltage ratio have been studied. Finally, PLECS has been used as the simulation software and the simulation results have been extracted for both the step-up and down modes
