Background: Cancer is a chronic disease with severe and overwhelming treatment that puts a lot of psychological and social strain on patients, especially children. One of the complications of the disease is anger and aggression that if left unchecked, will remain a mood disorder. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions on anger in children with cancer. Method: This study is a systematic review study that databases of PubMed, Magiran, Google scholar, Sid and elmnet were searched as keywords Anger, children, cancer, non-medication without a time limit and all articles found in 15 intervention articles were identified in accordance with the purpose of the study and were used. Finding: The results of most studies showed that mental imagery, relaxation techniques, storytelling, massage therapy, curriculum, empathy training, Quran Voice, gentle music, painting and painting, as well as play therapy, influence They have a significant impact on the anger of children with cancer. Game therapy also had the most effectiveness, in addition to reducing anger, anxiety, depression and Mood disorders. Conclusion: The results of different studies showed that the mentioned non-pharmacological interventions had a better and better effect than the pharmacological interventions on the anger of the children. Therefore, it is recommended to teach these methods to caregivers of cancer patients to use these methods to control children's anger.
