چکیده مقاله:
Background: mapping the pathway that leads to metastasis is one of the major challenges of cancer research. In this paper, we apply a protien network_based approach that identifies markers not as separate genes but as subsets extracted from interaction databases. The protein is identified and used to identify and classify cancer cell metastasis.Method: The present study was conducted through review study and extensive search of internet sites, prestigious journals. And Google scholar search engines. To search for key works "evaluation, classification, metastasis, cancer" in the time from of 2014-2019 study- related articles were used.Findings: the subunits of protein interaction databases provide novel processes for pathways involved in tumor progression. Although gene mutations found are usually not differentially detected by the methods of gene expression analysis. They play a key role in the protein network by binding to many differentially recognitionsupports the notion that cancer is actually the pathway disease. Conclusion: that the key to at least some of these paths are encoded in the protein network.the overall aim of this study is to identify the source of cancer and the pathway by rapid identification of better treatment.
