The effect of stemcell therapy on the recovery of autoimmune diseases

Background: Autoimmune disease is a disease caused by an abnormal immune response to a normal body part .There are at least 80 types of autoimmune diseases. Almost any part of body can be involved. Common symptoms include low grade fever and feeling tired. The stem cell is the mother of all cells and is able to transform into all the cells of body. These cells are capable of self-renewing and differentiating into a variety of cells, including blood, heart, nerve and chondrocytes. They are also effective in repairing and repairing various tissues of the body following injury and can transplant into damaged tissue where most of their cells have been destroyed, replacing damaged cells, repairing and repairing defective tissue. The aim of this study was The effect of stem cell therapy on recovery of autoimmune diseases. Method:We searched pubmed , google scholar until august 2019 with stem cell , autoimmune diseases and development keywords. by searching these databases,only 238 articles were found in pubmed and about 500 articles were found in google scholar . from 738 articles with investing title we exclude 100 articles and with reading abstract we exclude 38 articles . finally we include 8 articles in to the our study. Finding:According to the reviewed articles, new stem cell therapies have been found with the discovery of stem cell hubs, and these have been shown to have a significant impact on the treatment of autoimmune and cancer diseases. There is an answer that has not been addressed yet and needs to be further explored. Sclerosis has different therapies, some of which are inadequate and relieve the disease, and cell-based therapies are a way to cure the disorder. Followed by autologous stem cell transplantation. Mesenchymal stem cells and stem cells play an important role in autoimmune diseases. Has promising results in clinical practice Thistreatment is very promising for autoimmune disease treatment. Conclusion:Now we can say that stem cell therapy is an effective way to cure most of autoimmune disease but we need to study more about all single disorders to found the best remedy in every single autoimmune disease because in some autoimmune disorders this wayis very expensive ،sometimes inefficient and impossible.
