چکیده مقاله:

Background: The main goal of the World Health Organization's recommendations for the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia is to improve the quality of care and outcomes for pregnant women with dangerous hypertensive disease. While these cases do not appear to be comprehensive, they aim to promote evidence-based clinical practice in the management of women with preeclampsia.Method: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis of search databases of SID, PubMed, Googles scholar, and a small number of articles specifically addressing healthcare solutions.Findings: Preeclampsia is very important in very young women who have poor prenatal care (especially 13.5% in premarital compared to 7.1% in multiparous women and women over 30). Almost one-tenth of maternal deaths in Asia and Africa and one-fourth of Latin American mothers deaths are associated with hypertension during pregnancy. In the United States, 15.9% of maternal deaths are due to preeclampsia About 1% - 8% of Iranian women suffer from preeclampsia. Conclusion: Counseling and screening strategies include (seasonal and climatic factors,screening and appropriate counseling,screening for depression,personal and family history screening,thrombophilia screening,UTI screening) and self-care strategies include (stress management,nutritional status and dietary supplements,folic acid and multivitamins, physical activity).
