Background: Cancer as a debilitating and prevalent disease is one of the causes of child mortality in developed and developing countries. Diagnosis of cancer directly affects the quality of life of children and their caregivers. Spiritual care is a component of palliative care and a set of values, attitudes, and hopes.The purpose of this study was to investigate its impact on the quality of life of children with cancer.Method: This search was conducted in SID, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Google scholar, Springer with the keywords of Cancer, Children, Spiritual Care, Quality of Life in the period 2000 WR 2019. Findings: Quality of life is nothing but complete physical, psychological and social well-being, so when we say spiritual care can reduce anxiety, depression and stress in patients, it is actually working on improving and improving the quality of life for patients.Spiritual child care aims at controlling pain and symptom management as well as spiritual, social, spiritual care regardless of the expected illness pathway, limiting heavy medical interventions and advanced guidelines, and allowing children to choose end-of-life care. They have a choice.Conclusion: Children who suffer from cancer now receive care that is in line with optimal palliative care, which parents say will make them less likely to suffer.
