چکیده مقاله:

There is a problem in the output waveform of the AND gate, the learning and training time of which is short. By examining the code written in this gate, I was able to increase the training time of the AND gate by changing a part of the code related to it. In the next step, using the coding commands, I was able to design ۵ AND gates with two common inputs and one or ۵ outputs, and by cutting one of the entrances to the AND gate, I will discuss the complication of the neuromorphic circuit and the failure of part of the nerve cells and the continuation of the work of other neurons. And in the last step, using the OR, NAND, AND gates and seven neurons, he designed the XOR gate, which reached the desired output by weighing each of these gates, and Finally, the appropriate output of the XOR gate is obtained. In this research, HSPICE software has been used for design, simulation and orbital analysis and Avanwaves software has been used as an oscilloscope or waveform display.
