Synthesis of The Dense Metal-Organic Frameworks of Gadolinium for Removal of Imidacloprid Pesticide

Metal-organic frameworks materials are one of porous sorbents and catalyst, which are capable improvedestroyed of pesticides. This work describes a simple way to synthesize of Gadolinium-metal-organic frameworks thathave good ability to removing the pesticides from water and wastewater. This synthesized Gadolinium-metal-organicframeworks were characterized by different methods such Field Emission-Scanning Electron Microscopy, EnergyDispersive X-ray Spectroscopy, Fourier-Transform Infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller/Barrett-Joyner-Halenda methods and zeta potential analysis.
