Evaluation of Antibacterial Activities of Synthesized NBenzylidenepyridin/ Thiophene-٢-Amines Compounds

In this research, antibacterial properties of N-Benzylidenepyridin/thiophene-٢-amines have been studied. For this mind, a series N- enzylidenepyridin/thiophene-٢-amines were synthesized and evaluated for antibacterial activity against standard strains: Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the fungi Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. The resultsindicated that heterocyclic Schiff bases derived are effective against all of the studied bacteria especially against Bacillus subtilis
